Doodles

A couple of doodles I've done recently on receipt paper, familiar themes.

Cartoony Lady of Shalott

Isabella and the Pot of Basil

And a sketch for a new painted box, European ballad, Lady Isabel and the Elf Knight.

Happy Wednesday!

Really nice sketches, Grace. Looking forward to seeing the painted box, which reminds me of a question I meant to ask you a few weeks ago: is there a 'definitive' version of Lady Isabel and the Elf Knight that I can look up and read or is it more in song?

Oh these are wonderful, Grace. I missed them since my computer was down. You are so talented. Anita

Hey Jim...I don't think there really is. My favorite version of it is the one Steeleye Span sang. They took the Old English spelling and made it modern so it's easier to read.
